1. Cancellations
- Your Cancellation: Notify us in writing at info@townsquarecatering.com.au as soon as possible.
- Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event.
- 50% cancellation fee or loss of deposit for cancellations made 4–6 days before the event.
- No refund for cancellations made 3 days or less before the event.
- Our Cancellation: In rare cases (e.g., supply issues), we will notify you and provide a full refund or offer alternatives.
2. Changes to Orders
- Requests for changes (e.g., guest count, menu, delivery address) must be made at least 5 days before the event via email.
- We’ll try to accommodate, but availability and additional costs may apply (we’ll confirm with you first).
3. Refunds for Issues with Your Order
- Quality Issues: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@townsquarecatering.com.au with details or photos.
- At our discretion, we may offer a partial or full refund, replacement, or credit toward a future order.
- Allergies: You must inform us of any allergies when placing your order. We are not liable for unreported dietary needs.
- Non-Returnable: Perishable food items cannot be returned unless they have quality-related issues.
4. Delivery Issues
- If we cause a delivery issue (delay or wrong address), contact us and we’ll work to resolve it, possibly including a refund or credit.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect information provided by you.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- Deposits and partial payments are subject to the cancellation policy above.
6. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for disruptions due to events outside our control (e.g., extreme weather, power outages, or venue problems). We’ll do our best to work with you, but refunds may not apply if we’ve already incurred preparation costs.
